DOTLABS, an emerging IT startup company in Pakistan’s highly competitive IT industry,
originated as a Data Engineering service providing company in the year 2023 under Mr. Jelani
& his partner. Its success rooted in the core values of transparent communication, clientcentric approach, collaborative work environment and efficient work force. Its rapid growth
came up with Talent Acquisition challenges due to absence of efficient digital marketing. Mr.
Jelani, devised a strategy to counter these challenges, including a robust digital marketing
strategy and an internal growth plan by introducing Employee Engagement and Professional
Development Teams. By implementing this strategy, DOTLABS not only resolved the hurdle in
attracting Professional & Talented Employees, which was due to absence of market visibility
of the company but it also gained credibility as a trust-worthy IT service provider and attracted
