Overview

Allied Paint industries formally know as Gobi’s paint was founded in 1981 with the vision of providing quality coating products customize to meet the need of the Pakistanis customers. Starting establishing as a humble initiation under the leadership of Asif Omer Malik. Initially company focused on dealing high quality decorative and industrial coating paints. Later on, Gobi’s paint expanded it product line to include decorative emulsion, enamels, protective coating, and specialized finishes. Company faced supply chain challenges to meet their
delivery in time and in their export. Mr. Aniq led the supply chain department and he is bearing high cost and facing long route in the supply chain to deliver product to customers in the company, it is essential to explore solutions that streamline operations, reduce transportation cost, and shorten delivery time. Mr. Aniq set a regional distribution center and warehousing closer to the major customer hubs and markets and also set the inventory management and demand forecasting (just in time) inventory system where product is only
delivered when needed.
